Instructions for purchasing tickets

You can purchase your travel ticket for routes departing from the Bus Station on our website by clicking on the “Ticket Sale” link. The system displays the option for online purchase only for bus schedules where the departure time is not less than 2 hours from the time of purchase; therefore, the “Buy” option does not appear for earlier departures.

Using the “Buy” option does not allow seat reservations only; the ticket must be paid for at the end of the process by entering the buyer’s details and credit card information. Online payment can be made with Mastercard, Visa, and Maestro debit cards.

Each user can purchase up to 4 tickets (for adults or children) at a time and reserve available seats. For each seat, the appropriate ticket type must be selected from the dropdown menu.

Upon successful purchase, a payment confirmation and a coupon with a bar code will be sent to the entered email address. The travel ticket can be picked up at the Bus Station ticket counters from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM, no later than 30 minutes before the bus departure, upon presenting the bar code coupon.
