General Terms of Sale
1.1. These General Terms of Sale via the Internet (hereinafter: General Terms of Sale) regulate the sale of tickets via the Internet on the website of TD Komunalac d.o.o. Slavonski Brod, Bus Station Slavonski Brod unit – www.aksb.hr, which complement the provisions of the General Terms of Bus Station Activities in their current version.
2.1 On the website www.aksb.hr, users can purchase tickets for regular passenger transport online. By making any purchase via the Internet, the user agrees to the General Terms of Sale of Tickets via the Internet, the General Terms of Bus Station Activities at Slavonski Brod Bus Station, and the General Terms of Carriage for the selected carrier.
2.2 The user who purchased a ticket online through www.aksb.hr is obliged to collect it at the counters of Slavonski Brod Bus Station with a purchase confirmation and transaction number.
2.3 For return tickets, the user is obliged to reserve their return in accordance with the General Terms of Carriage of the selected carrier.
2.4 When purchasing a ticket for a destination involving one or more border crossings, the user is required to have a valid travel document.
3.1 When purchasing a ticket online, the purchase agreement is concluded by delivering the confirmation of successful purchase via email. For the entire purchase process to be successful, it requires the successful completion of the payment module, and the purchase confirmation will be delivered by email only after payment is completed. If electronic payment is not completed, the purchase is canceled. Once the purchase is complete, following a successful payment transaction, and once the ticket and receipt have been sent to the user’s email, the user accepts the contract of carriage between the user and the carrier in accordance with the carrier’s General Terms, as well as the intermediary agreement between the user and AKSB.
3.2 If the user has chosen a discount when purchasing a ticket online, the carrier reserves the right to request proof that the user belongs to the discount category selected at the time of boarding the vehicle. If the user cannot provide such proof, they are obliged to pay the full ticket price. If the user does not agree to pay the price difference in this situation, the carrier reserves the right to deny the user entry to the vehicle.
4.1 The ticket can either be exchanged or returned as described in the General Terms of Bus Station Activities, exclusively at the complaints counters of Slavonski Brod Bus Station.
4.2 If the user does not wish to return their ticket at the counters of Slavonski Brod Bus Station, they can contact the bus station’s professional staff, who will handle it on their behalf. In such a case, requests must be submitted in writing, exclusively via email to: info@aksb.hr. Requests can only be submitted during Customer Service working hours from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Outside of Customer Service working hours, tickets can only be returned as described in point 4.1 of these General Terms. The user must send their ticket or their identification code (purchase confirmation) received after completing the payment to the specified email address. In cases described in 4.2, tickets are returned as outlined in the General Terms of Bus Station Activities, and Slavonski Brod Bus Station is obliged to process a refund for the ticket amount, reduced by 10% of the ticket price for administrative fees, excluding the refund of station services, seat marking, and platform tickets.
4.3 AKSB will notify the carrier by email that the ticket has been returned or exchanged, or that it is no longer valid. This email address is protected from spambots. JavaScript must be enabled to view it.
5.1 The payment procedure is fully described on the website www.aksb.hr.
6.1 Personal data from orders are collected, processed, and used in accordance with applicable laws in the Republic of Croatia. For orders placed on the website www.aksb.hr, credit card data is protected by a secure online connection (SSL) between the customer’s personal computer and the connected computer.
7.1 Tickets purchased online are stored in the electronic system of Slavonski Brod Bus Station for at least 10 years.
8.1 Due to the technical specifics of the Internet, it cannot be guaranteed that all purchasing modules on the website www.aksb.hr will be available at all times.
8.2 In case of a dispute, the exclusive application of the law of the Republic of Croatia and the jurisdiction of the competent court in Slavonski Brod are agreed upon.
8.3 Any attempt to misuse printed tickets will be reported to the relevant authorities in the Republic of Croatia. By accepting these General Terms, users agree that in the event of misuse of a printed ticket, Slavonski Brod Bus Station may use the personal data provided with the credit card.
