What if I purchased a ticket with the wrong discount?
If you have accidentally purchased a ticket with the wrong discount, you can exchange it at our sales point No. 1 no later than 1 hour before the departure of the bus for domestic public transport routes, and no later than 2 hours before the departure of the bus for international routes, for the same departure, in which case only the discount parameters will be changed.
How can I return a ticket purchased through online sales?
If you go to counter No. 1 – Information, you can return your ticket in accordance with the General Terms of Online Ticket Sales of the Slavonski Brod Bus Station. According to the Article of the General Terms of Bus Station Operations: “AKSB is obliged, upon request of a passenger who cancels their trip, to refund the amount paid for the ticket, reduced by 10% for administrative costs, excluding the refund of station service fees, seat marking, and platform ticket costs:
– if the passenger contacts the information counter at AKSB no later than 1 hour before the departure of the bus for a domestic public line service,
– if the passenger contacts the information counter at AKSB no later than 2 hours before the departure of the bus for an international line service.
After the expiration of the deadlines from the previous paragraph, the information counter will direct the passenger to make their request directly with the carrier. The provision of paragraph 1 of this Article also applies in the following cases:
– if the carrier cancels a departure for a specific route, in which case the amount refunded to the passenger is not reduced by 10%, and the amount paid for station services, seat marking, and platform ticket costs is refunded;
– if the carrier reports a delay of 30 minutes or more from the scheduled departure time for a specific route.
This provision applies exclusively to tickets sold at the AKSB counters. The passenger has the right to exchange the ticket for another departure by the same carrier if they contact the AKSB information counter no later than 1 hour before the departure of the bus for a domestic public line service and no later than 2 hours before the departure of the bus for an international line service, in which case there is no right to a refund of the station service fees, seat marking, and platform ticket costs.”
There is also an option to return a ticket purchased online via email: info@aksb.hr (this method of return is only applicable to transactions within the Republic of Croatia – the bank account must be from Croatia). The procedure is carried out in accordance with the General Terms of Online Ticket Sales of the Slavonski Brod Bus Station.
Article 4.2 of the General Terms of Online Ticket Sales of the Slavonski Brod Bus Station: “If the user does not wish to return their ticket at the counters of the Slavonski Brod Bus Station, they can contact the professional staff of the Slavonski Brod Bus Station, who will do it on their behalf. In such cases, requests must be submitted in writing, exclusively via email: info@aksb.hr. Requests can only be submitted to the specified email address during Customer Service working hours from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Outside of Customer Service working hours, the ticket can only be returned as described in point 4.1 of these General Terms. The user must send their ticket or identification code (purchase confirmation) received after completing payment to the specified email address. In cases described in 4.2, tickets are returned as outlined in the General Terms of Bus Station Operations, and the Slavonski Brod Bus Station is obliged, upon request of a passenger who cancels their trip, to refund the amount paid for the ticket, reduced by 10% for administrative costs, excluding the refund of station service fees, seat marking, and platform ticket costs.”

How to purchase a ticket online?
On the website www.aksb.hr, users can purchase tickets for regular passenger transport online. By making any online purchase, the user agrees to the General Terms of Online Ticket Sales, the General Terms of Bus Station Operations at Slavonski Brod Bus Station, and the General Terms of Carriage for the selected carrier. The user who has purchased a ticket online through www.aksb.hr must collect it at the Branch counters with a purchase confirmation and transaction number. For return tickets, the user is obliged to reserve their return journey in accordance with the General Terms of Carriage of the selected carrier. When purchasing a ticket for a destination that involves crossing one or more borders, the user must have a valid travel document.
Which cards can be used to pay for a ticket purchased online?
Mastercard, Maestro cards, and VISA Electron from all issuing banks.
How many tickets can be purchased in a single transaction?
A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased in a single transaction.
Where can I make a seat reservation for a return ticket purchased in Dubrovnik?
Information about seat reservations for a return ticket purchased in Slavonski Brod should be requested at the time of ticket purchase if buying at the counters, or if purchased online, this information should be requested from our staff when collecting the ticket.
What do I need to provide as proof that I purchased a ticket online?
When collecting a purchased ticket, you must present the purchase confirmation you received via email after the successful transaction.
During payment, there was an interruption (browser crash, loss of internet connection, etc.) and no payment confirmation was received.
In that case, please wait 60 minutes. If you do not receive an email within that time, call 060/305 070 to verify the transaction.
